The results of last week’s poll are in, and it is the closest one we’ve had so far. It asked: Who is your favourite supporting cast member of Curb Your Enthusiasm?
The lead was held by three different characters at different times: Jeff, Susie and Richard Lewis. Jeff ended up winning with 31 out of 109 votes, with my prediction and vote, Susie, coming second with 25.
This week’s poll will be the first in a series of polls to find fans’ favourite episode (so far) of Curb Your Enthusiasm. There will be a total of 6 polls over 6 weeks. The first 5 polls will ask fans to select their favourite episode from the first 5 seasons. The 6th and final poll will have the 5 winning episodes face off to find our favourite episode.

As for me, I am yet to vote and will probably re-watch a few eps before choosing one, but at the moment it is between Interior Decorator and Affirmative Action.

When it comes to your weekly polls, I always have the same problem:

it´s so hard to just pick one episode, character, season or whatever
My favorite episodes of season 1 are “beloved aunt”, “affirmative action”, “the group” and “the bracelet”.
If I had to pick only one, I´d probably go for “the group”. The scene with Larry in the group saying “my name is todd and I´m an incest survivor” is just awesome
….
Yes I love that scene too. I also love that ending where his uncle gets verbally thrashed. It was the most outrageous ending I’d seen until season 3′s “The Grand Opening”.
You know, I didn’t have much trouble selecting “Affirmative Action” for my favorite season 1 episode. It’s got some great Richard Lewis material, and the entire Cheryl subplot makes it one of the darker episodes of the series.
Not to mention, the ending just rings so true, with Larry dreadfully stomping up the stairs towards Cheryl in the tub.
I had trouble picking just one episode. I picked Ted and Mary. I find it very funny how Larrry reacts when he finds out he drank from Mary’s mothers glass and how Ted says “You should ask Mary what you should wear.” I have a lot of favorite episodes. I dont know why I chose this one. I also enjoy watching “The Group”, “Beloved Aunt”, and “The Pants Tent.” The Wire and The Bracelet Made no sense what so ever to me. Season 1 was very plain because it didnt really have a story line as other seasons did. Ex. Season 2-Larry works with Julia Dryfus, Season 3- The restaurant, Season 4-The Producers, and season 5-Lewis’ kidney. I expect season 6 to be the best one! I sure hope it is considering we were waiting 2 years for it!
your countdown timer to series 6 is wrong by 2 days… I know you are eager for it to start, as we all are, but we have to wait until Sunday 9th
