Win 1 of 5 Whatever Works posters signed by Larry David

Good news guys and girls, Sony have decided to be extra generous and given me five more signed Whatever Works posters to give away!

To be in the running  I want you to tell me what makes you the internet’s biggest Larry David fan. My top four favourite responses will win a signed poster. To increase your chances you will receive an extra entry for every friend you refer to this contest.  Email your name and entries to “contest at larrydavidfan dot com” with the subject line: “Whatever Works Poster Contest”. When referring a friend ask them to list your name and email at the bottom.

As for the fifth and final poster, that will be awarded to the fan who submits the best new banner for the recently redesigned LarryDavidFan.com blog. It needs to be 60 pixels high, so all you graphic designers out there this is your chance to win a a great piece of movie memorabilia and help support the web’s one and only Larry David fansite! Please host your submissions on Imageshack and then email the link to “contest at larrydavidfan dot com” with the subject line: “Banner Contest”. I’m looking forward to seeing what some of you talented guys and girls have to offer.

  2. I feel it is pointless to enter this contest for two reasons. The first being that you more than likely go with someone that either pays you off or someone that you had an agreement with. The second reason being that I was at the Whatever Works premiere in April because a relative works for Sony, so not only did i get a 27X40 poster signed by LD, I got to speak with him after the film ended to praise him on what a great job he did. I am sick of me trying to help you with new info but I never get any credit. You always thank Jim for everything, as if he is your love interest. Also, you have no idea how to run a blog for you always say that you will update the blog when the season starts and as soon as the episodes start you don’t post your idea’s on anything, We are lucky to get a synopsis from you which we really don’t need because we have already seen the episode. We come on this site for new updates and your opinion on how you think the episodes went and we don’t get anything.

    Please, get real and do what you have set out to do.

  3. Anonymous, I have already given away one poster and I can guarantee you that it did not go to someone that “paid me off” or I had “an agreement with”. I can’t see any justification for such an assertion. I do my best to get news updates on here as soon as possible, though I admit sometimes I am a bit slow given I also have a hectic day job to attend to. I often thank Jim because he regularly emails me with news items. I will always give credit when someone emails me information that I subsequently post. If you have a look at posts during season 6 (2 years ago now), you will see that more often than not I did give my opinion on the episode and then often handed over to you guys to share our opinions. I don’t always promise to be the fastest with updates or have the most in-depth coverage, but I do provide the only real website with regular updates on Larry’s career.
